Thank you for choosing Trust Clean UK Platform. We strive to offer our members high-quality services and support as they grow their cleaning businesses. This policy outlines the terms for canceling your monthly and yearly memberships with Trust Clean UK Platform LTD.


Monthly Memberships (Basic, Advanced, and Premium)

  • Cancellation at Any Time: Members with a monthly subscription may cancel their membership at any time. However, no refunds are issued for the remaining period of the current month upon cancellation.
  • Account Access and Services: Upon cancellation, access to member benefits, including job alerts, profile visibility, and customer support, will end at the completion of the billing cycle.

Yearly Memberships (Basic, Advanced, and Premium)

To accommodate our members’ needs, Trust Clean UK Platform offers yearly membership options, with two free months included as part of the yearly plan.

  • Refund Policy for Yearly Memberships: Yearly subscriptions can be refunded in full only within 7 days of membership activation. After the 7-day period, a partial refund may be issued within the first 14 days of membership, with a deduction for the costs of materials and services provided as outlined below.
  • Deductions for Issued Materials: If a cancellation is requested within the 7-day period, a fee of £50 will be deducted from the refund to cover the following:
    • Trusted Member Badges: Badges ordered from third-party vendors at a cost of £30 per badge.
    • Trusted Certifications: Each certification is prepared, printed, and dispatched at a cost of £20 for administrative processing.
    • SEO and Listing Optimization: Our team invests time and resources in optimizing profiles for maximum visibility on the platform.
  • Partial Refund Beyond 7 Days: If a cancellation request is made after 7 days and within 14 days of membership activation, a partial refund may be granted after deducting £50 for the above costs. Beyond the 14-day window, yearly memberships become non-refundable as Trust Clean UK Platform LTD has already invested the resources necessary to establish and optimize each member’s profile.

General Conditions

Upgrading or Downgrading Memberships: Members who wish to change their membership type (e.g., upgrading from Basic to Advanced) may do so by logging into their account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that upgrades or downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, you can either cancel directly from your account or email our team at [email protected]. Please include your full name, membership type, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within two business days to confirm the cancellation status and any applicable refund.
